Located in southeast Edmonton just east of the Strathcona neighbourhood. The station sits in Pylypow industrial park which is part of the Southeast Industrial district. The station sensors are sited in an open space of concrete slab typical to the area. This primary industrial park is made of low-rise mixed use buildings on flat terrain. Sitting within the urban area of Edmonton, there are also considerable wildlands lands nearby.
